Abstract

This study aims to highlight the role of information and communication technologies in improving logistics services, through the use of modern technologies from programs and applications, as Amazon is among the companies that are working hard to keep pace with developments in the field of information and communication technologies and integrate them into logistics services, and among the applications and programs used by the company in this field is the " AWS application of logistics chain ", which is one of the applications that has made a qualitative leap in the field of logistics for the company, as a result of its contribution to reducing logistics costs and enhancing the company's competitiveness in electronic commerce, which led to an increase in its customer base.
