ملائمة صيغ التمويل الإسلامي في نمو وإستدامة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح مدى ملاءمة صيغ وأدوات التمويل الإسلامي لاحتياجات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر،وتقييم دورها في تعزيز النمو والإستدامة الإقتصادية لهذا القطاع الحيوي،كما تسعى إلى الكشف عن متطلبات تطبيقها وتطويرها، في بيئة إقتصادية ما زالت تهيمن عليها المعاملات البنكية التقليدية. وخلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هذا التعدد في الصيغ التمويلية،يتيح الفرصة أمام المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة للحصول على حاجاتها ومستلزماتها التمويلية اللازمة،إلا أن مدى فعاليتها في الواقع الجزائري،لا يزال يطرح إشكالات بحثية متعددة،تتعلق بمدى إستجابة البنية القانونية والمؤسسية لها،ومدى قدرتها على مواجهة تحديات التمويل التقليدي،إضافة إلى مدى وعي أصحاب المؤسسات بها وثقتهم في آلياتها. This study aims to clarify the suitability of Islamic financing formulas and tools for the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Algeria and to evaluate their role in promoting growth and economic sustainability for this vital sector. It also seeks to uncover the requirements for their application and development in an economic environment still dominated by traditional banking transactions. This study concludes that this diversity of financing formulas provides SMEs with the opportunity to secure their necessary financing needs and requirements. However, their effectiveness in the Algerian context still poses multiple research questions related to the extent to which the legal and institutional structure responds to them, their ability to meet the challenges of traditional financing, and the extent to which business owners are aware of them and their confidence in their mechanisms
