تأثير التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين أداء البنوك دراسة ميدانية بنوك ولاية الوادي

Abstract

نظرا التطور التكنولوجي الذي يشهده العالم، انتقلت البنوك بشكل سريع من الخدمات المصرفية التقليدية إلى خدمات مصرفية الكترونية حديثة، بحثت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة ما تاثير التكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين اداء البنوك على مستوى بنوك ولاية الوادي،وهدفت الى تحليل تأثير التكنولوجيا المالية على الاداء المالية و الغير مالي،حيث تم استعمال المنهج الوصفي و التحليلي مع اعتماد المنهج الاحصائي،تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم تحليل عينة بحجم (41) موظف باستخدام برنامج SPSS V.27)). واستخدمت عدة أساليب إحصائية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، وتم الوصول إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها وجود أثر معنوي عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) التكنولوجيا المالية في الأداء البنكي بالاضافة الى وجود أثر معنوي لتكنولوجيا المالية في الأدء المالي و الغير مالي لبنوك ولاية الوادي التي هي محل الدراسة. In light of the technological development witnessed globally, banks have rapidly transitioned from traditional banking services to modern electronic banking services. This study aimed to identify the impact of financial technology on improving the performance of banks at the level of banks in El Oued province. It aimed to analyze the effect of financial technology on both financial and non-financial performance. The descriptive and analytical approaches were used, along with the statistical method. A questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, targeting a sample of (41) employees, and the data were analyzed using SPSSV.27. Several statistical methods were employed to test the study hypotheses. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact at the 0.05 Financial technology in banking performance, in addition to the existence of an intangible impact of fintech on both financial and non‑financial performance of banks in the Wilaya of El Oued, which are the subject of this study
