الإستثمار في الطاقة الشمسية كبديل مستدام لتعزيز التنمية الإقتصادية بالجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض دور الطاقة الشمسية في تعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية في الجزائر من خلال تحليل تجربتها في هذا المجال خلال الفترة 2019–2023، اعتماداً على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتحليل البيانات والمؤشرات الرسمية. أظهرت النتائج نمواً ملحوظاً في قطاع الطاقة الشمسية من حيث عدد المنشآت وأنواع الأنظمة والتطبيقات المستخدمة، مما يفتح آفاقاً للتنويع التكنولوجي في قطاع الطاقة المتجددة. تتركز الاستثمارات الحكومية في المناطق الجنوبية، بينما تظل مشاركة القطاع الخاص محدودة بنسبة 26.3% فقط. وتخطط الجزائر لإنشاء محطات شمسية كبيرة، إلا أنها تواجه تحديات تتمثل في التمويل، وكفاءة الشبكة، ونقص الكفاءات التقنية، وضعف التكامل بين السياسات القطاعية. هذه العوامل تعيق تحقيق الأهداف الطموحة لسنة 2030. This study aims to examine the role of solar energy in promoting economic development in Algeria by analyzing the country’s experience in this sector during the period 2019–2023. The research employs a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing official data and indicators. The findings reveal significant growth in the solar energy sector, reflected in the increasing number of facilities, as well as the diversity of systems and applications, opening avenues for technological diversification within the renewable energy sector. Government investments are concentrated in the southern regions, while private sector participation remains limited to only 26.3%. Algeria plans to develop large-scale solar power plants; however, the sector faces challenges including financing constraints, grid inefficiencies, technical skill shortages, and weak integration of sectoral policies. These factors hinder the achievement of the country’s ambitious 2030 renewable energy targets
