More precisely, after examining the legal issue of students work in Algeria, a comparative study with leading destinations attracting international students worldwide has been established. We analyzed the various strategies and legal practices that enable international students to work. Our study concluded that the provision of job opportunities is a key element in strengthening the attractiveness of countries as study destinations. Unlike the countries studied ( Australia, Canada and United Kingdom), and despite Algeria's considerable potential to attract international students, there is no specific framework governing the employment of this group of students. The regulatory framework remains strict, and professional integration opportunities for international students are limited. Accordingly we offer a practical recommendations to enhance the attractiveness of Algerian universities.
