dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the impact of electronic human resource management on job performance. A stratified sample was chosen, consisting of 374 individuals from the employees in the health directorate at Mustafa Pasha Hospital. Data were collected and analysed. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between EHRM dimensions and job performance dimensions, and there is also a significant effect of EHRM dimensions on task performance with R² = 0.46. The results also showed that there is a significant effect of EHRM dimensions on contextual performance with R2 = 0.61, and there is a significant effect of transformational and operational EHRM on adaptive performance with R2 = 32.8%.
