الصحافة الاستقصائية وتحدياتها في العالم العربي

Abstract

تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية لمعرفة أهم الوظائف والأدوار المنوطة بالصحافة الاستقصائية بوصفها أحد أبرز أنواع الصحافة والممارسة الإعلامية الصعبة والمعقدة في آن واحد، وذلك من خلال البحث في مفهومها وخلفيته التاريخية، ودراسة أوجه اختلافها مع الأشكال الصحفية الأخرى، والوقوف على أساليب العمل الصحفي وشروطه الميدانية، وكذا قواعده ومعاييره المهنية، لتعرج في الأخير على أهم التحديات التي تواجه الصحافة الاستقصائية في الوطن العربي بشكل عام مقارنة بمكانتها وأدوارها في العالم الغربي، ومن ثمة تقديم مقترحات حول آليات النهوض بهذا النوع الصحفي وسبل تطويره ليؤدي أولا أدواره الإعلامية والاجتماعية من منظور وظيفي ديناميكي، وثانيا للمحافظة على مكانة الصحافة المكتوبة وبقائها في واجهة منافسة الإعلام السمعي والسمعي البصري والالكتروني بكل أنواعه.This paper seeks to see the most important functions of the survey as one of the most prominent types of journalism, difficult and complex media, by researching its concept and historical back, and studying their differences with other press forms, and standing on the methods of journalism and its field conditions, as well as its bases and professional standards, in the latter the study stands for the most important challenges facing the survey in the Arab world in general, compared with its location and roles in Europe and the Western world, proposals for mechanisms to promote this type of journalist and ways to first lead their media and social roles from a dynamic functional perspective, secondly to maintain the status of written press and its survival in the competition and visual and electronic media competition in all kinds.
