Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of work stress on sharing knowledge among doctors in the public hospital institution in Ghardaia, where the study was conducted on a stratified random sample estimated at 42 individuals out of a total of 93 doctors in the public hospital institution in Ghardaia - Algeria, using the descriptive analytical method and based on the questionnaire as a tool for the study. At the end, it concluded that the level of both work stress and knowledge sharing among doctors is high, with a positive correlation and a significant effect relationship, between work stress as an independent variable and knowledge sharing as a dependent variable
