اختبار السرعة الهوائية القصوى المثلثي للسباحة

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the possibility of a relationship between the trigonometric maximum aerobic speed test and the rectangular maximum aerobic speed test. In order to reach the results, we had to follow the descriptive approach. After conducting the two tests on a sample of 20 swimmers, it was found that there was no relationship between the trigonometric test and the rectangular test of the maximum aerobic speed for swimming. ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة عن البحث في امكانية وجود علاقة بين اختبار السرعة الهوائية القصوى المثلثي و اختبار السرعة الهوائية القصوى المستطيلي . و للتوصل الى النتائج توجب علينا انتهاج المنهج الوصفي . بعد القيام بالاختبارين على عينة متكونة من 20 سباح تبين انه لا توجد علاقة بين الاختبار المثلثي و اختبار المستطيلي الخاصين بالسرعة الهوائية القصوى
