مدى إدراك الموظفين والمهنيين الممارسين لمهن المحاسبة في الجزائر لأهمية إدارة المعرفة المحاسبية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية استخدام إدارة المعرفة المحاسبية لدى الموظفين والمهنيين الممارسين لمهن المحاسبة في الجزائر، وقياس مدى إدراكهم لتلك الأهمية، إضافة إلى تحديد المعوقات التي تحد من مثل هذا الاستخدام، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة وزعت على موظفي ومهنيي المحاسبة في الجزائر. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الموظفين والمهنيين الممارسين لمهن المحاسبة في الجزائر يدركون أهمية استخدام إدارة المعرفة المحاسبية، وأن هناك عدة معوقات تحد من تفعيل هذا الاستخدام. This study aims to highlight the importance of using accounting knowledge management among employees and professionals who practice the accounting professions in Algeria, and to measure the degree of awareness of this importance, In addition to identifying the obstacles that restrict this use. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to employees and professionals who practice the accounting profession in Algeria. The study concluded that the employees and professionals who practice the accounting professions in Algeria are aware of the importance of using accounting knowledge management, and that are many obstacles restricting its usage .
