Abstract

This study aims to highlight the degree of training needs of faculty members and their impact on the educational quality at The University of Lunisi Ali Blida, in this framework, an electronic questionnaire was designed and sent to the study sample represented by faculty members , After the analysis process by the spss v 22 program, the results found a high need for faculty members in each of ( teaching skillsscientific research skills - technical and technological skills - personal and leadership skills),with a weak relationship between training needs and educational quality
