Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of university services for students of university stays. The study population was two male residencies and two female residencies, and the application of the questionnaire to a sample of students from the University of Ouargla stays was 373 students. Statistical processing was done SPSS v26 and IBM SPSS Modeler v18.2 About the quality of university services, the quality was average, and there were no statistically significant differences in the quality of university services according to residence between males and females, except in the reliability dimension in female residence.
