Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the effect of leadership behavior styles (the democratic leadership style, the autocratic leadership style, the free leadership style) on the morale of the employees of the Tizi-Mascara Dairy, This study relied on the descriptive approach, in addition to using the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. A random sample of 40 employees in the institution was selected, For data processing, we use the statistical package spss 25, Several statistical methods were used for data processing, and the simple linear regression method was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results of the study showed that the dominant leadership style in the organization from the employees point of view is the democratic leadership style, and the morale levels were high, The results of the study also showed a statistically significant effect of the democratic leadership style on the employees morale of the Tizi-Mascara Dairy, In addition to the absence of a statistically significant effect of the autocratic leadership style and the free leadership style on the employees morale in the Tizi-Mascara Dairy
