dc.description.abstractIn the age of digitisation and technological innovation, the administration is facing increasing demands from citizens to improve the quality of public services. To meet the demands of users, the Algerian government is taking steps to improve and modernise services through new measures such as digitisation. Through a survey at the National Pensions Fund (CNR) in Tizi-Ouzou, we are attempting to analyse the main thrusts of this approach to customer care.
