دور الشفافية والمساءلة في الحد من الفساد المالي في الشركات الصناعية في قطاع غزة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلي الكشف عن دور الشفافية والمساءلة في الحد من الفساد المالي في الشركات الصناعية في قطاع غزة من وجهة نظر مدققي الحسابات. الوقوف على أبرز مظاهر وأشكال الفساد المالي وتشخيصه واقتراح ما يمكن اقتراحه لمعالجته ووضع الحلول المناسبة لتلافي تكراره.وكانت أهم النتائج أن جميع متوسطات الأبعاد المختلفة كانت متفاوتة من حيث أوزانها النسبية فقد حصلت على وزن نسبي قدره (71.40%) أي بدرجة تقدير كبيرة و حصل المتوسط الحسابي لاتجاهات المدققين نحو الحد من الفساد المالي على وزن نسبي قدره (72.60%) أي بدرجة تقدير كبيرة وكانت أهم التوصيات ضرورة ملائمة المعلومات وأهداف العمل الحالية والمستقبلية و ضرورة العمل على إيجاد مشاركة في حل المشكلات التي تواجههم بالعمل يتكون مجتمع البحث من مدققي الحسابات في الشركات الصناعية بقطاع غزة. The study aimed to reveal the role of transparency and accountability in reducing financial corruption in industrial companies in the Gaza Strip from the point of view of auditors. The most important results were that all the averages of different dimensions were varying in relative weights, with a relative weight of 71.40%. That is, to a large extent, the average calculation of auditors' trends towards reducing financial corruption gained a relative weight of (72.60%) The most important recommendations were the need to suit the information and current and future work objectives and the need to work to find participation in solving the problems facing them at work, the research community consists of auditors in industrial companies in the Gaza Strip.
