Abstract

This research came to shed light on the e-learning model as a tool for managing knowledge in educational institutions in light of the conditions imposed by the COVID-19 epidemiological crisis. A question as a tool for collecting data and distributing it randomly on university pages on social networking sites. On the other hand, the sample included students of the faculties of economic, commercial and management sciences, where (108) valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis, and structural equations modeling was used by the partial least squares method SEM-PLS through the SMART PLS program. V3. The study concluded that there is an effect of adopting e-learning (synchronous and non-synchronous) on the application of knowledge management processes in higher education institutions.
