الظلم الاجتماعي في السنة النبوية الشريفة: الآثار والعلاج ــ دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

الملخص إشكالية المقالة هو ما تعانيه مجتمعاتنا العربية والإسلامية، من الآثار المدمرة للظلم الاجتماعي، في جميع المجالات. قيدت المعالجة بالسنة النبوية الشريفة، لمرجعيتها، وصدقيتها في المعالجة، كونها المصدر الثاني للإسلام بعد القرآن الكريم. جاءت الدراسة في محاور ثلاثة هي: المدخل المفاهيمي: تناول مفاهيم المفردات الأساسية للدراسة. أما المحور الثاني استعرض آثار الظلم الاجتماعي في السنة النبوية الشريفة. ثم المحور الثالث،كيف عالجت السنة النبوية الشريفة الظلم الاجتماعي، من خلال وثيقة المدينة المنورة، والتنشئة الاجتماعية المسجدية: بما لها من خصائص متميزة، لاتتوفر إلا في السنة النبوية الشريفة. وأخيرا النتائج المتوصل إليها والتوصيات. Abstract: The problematic of this article is related closely to what our societies over the Muslim Ummah is suffering from. The main Issues in this article is the destructive outcomes of the social injustice in all aspects of our societies, I choose to trait the subject through the noble Sunnah of the prophet S.W.because it is the second source of the Islamic thought and it is strongly authentic. The study came in three axes: conceptual framework: addressing the concepts of the basic vocabulary of the study The second axis reviewed the effects of social injustice in the Prophetic Sunnah. Then the third axis, how the Sunnah addressed social injustice, through the Medina script, and the socialization of the mosque: with its characteristics, and its strength of values And finally the findings and recommendations.
