Abstract

الغرض من هذه الورقة هو دراسة مساهمة القيادة الاستراتيجية في تحسين مستوى التعلم التنظيمي. لذلك تم إجراء البحث على مجموعة من المنشآت الصناعية بالمسيلة. بالإضافة إلى مجتمع الدراسة كان يتألف من 274 شخصًا واقتصرت عينة البحث الخاصة بنا على فئة 134 مديرًا (القادة والمديرون ورؤساء الأقسام ورؤساء الخدمات). وأخيرًا، أوضحت الدراسة أن هناك تحسنًا ملحوظًا في الأبعاد المختلفة لمستوى التعلم التنظيمي (التعلم الفردي، التعلم الجماعي، التعلم على مستوى المنظمة) عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 بعد دعم القيادة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات الصناعية. the purpose of this paper to study the contribution of strategic leadership to improve the level of organizational learning. Therefore, the research was done on a group of industrial enterprises in M’sila. in addition to study population was consisted to 274 people and our research random sample was limited to the 134 managers category (leaders, managers, heads of departments, and chiefs of services). Finally, the study showed that there is a significant improving on the different dimension level of organizational learning (individual learning, group learning and learning at the organization level) at the significance level of 0.05 after the supporting of strategic leadership in the industrial enterprises
