Abstract

The objective of This paper is to analyze the work force in Algeria by studying the evolution of the labor supply in various economic sectors for the period 1980-2020 and presenting the unemployment situation, followed by a standard model of labor supply units in Algeria using a new methodology known as ARDL (Distributed Self-Regression Model) using annual data provided by the National Bureau of Statistics. The study revealed that existed a positive non-significant relationship between the display work and the net activity rate, and a significant positive relationship between real wages and longterm display work
