Abstract

This study aims to highlight the contribution of employee training to increased productivity in the Chlef Cement and Derivatives Company. A descriptive analytical approach was used, through designing a questionnaire and distributing it to a random sample of 50 employees from the study population. Forty-eight questionnaires, were returned, while 10 questionnaires were excluded due to their unsuitability for the study. Using SPSS version 22, the contribution of employee training to increased productivity in this company . The results revealed a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) of employee training on the company's productivity, as well as a strong correlation between employee training and increased productivity in the company
