تقييم نجاح نظام "بروجرس" في دعم المهام الاكاديمية والمهنية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى نجاح نظام "بروجرس" في دعم المهام الاكاديمية والمهنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتم تصميم استمارة الاستبيان وتوزيعها على هيئة التدريس بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير- جامعة باجي مختار عنابة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (102) أستاذ بالكلية، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة أن المستوى العام لنجاح نظام "بروجرس" من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وقدمت الدراسة جملة من الاقتراحات لتعزيز عمل النظام. This study aims to evaluate the success of the "PROGRES" emanagement system in supporting the academic and professional tasks of faculty members. Adopting a descriptiveanalytical approach, data was collected via a structured questionnaire from a sample of 102 professors at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial, and Management Sciences, Badji Mokhtar University, Annaba. The empirical findings revealed that the overall success level of the PROGRES system, from the faculty's perspective, is moderate. While the system effectively manages academic records, it exhibits deficiencies in technical support and service quality. Consequently, the study proposed practical recommendations, primarily emphasizing the urgent need to establish responsive, localized technical support units and provide continuous training to enhance the system's overall efficiency.
