فاعلية الذات الإرشادية وعلاقتها بمركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه بجامعة الوادي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين فاعلية الذات الإرشادية ومركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه بجامعة الوادي، وقد تمحورت حول الأسئلة الآتية: - ما مستوى فاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه؟ - ما طبيعة مركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه؟ - هل يوجد ارتباط بين فاعلية الذات الإرشادية ومركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه؟ - هل يمكن التنبؤ بمركز الضبط من خلال فاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه؟ - هل توجد فروق في مركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه باختلاف مستواهم الدراسي؟ وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، تم صياغة الفرضيات الآتية: - يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا بين فاعلية الذات الإرشادية ومركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه. - يمكن التنبؤ بمركز الضبط من خلال فاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه باختلاف مستواهم الدراسي. وقد تحدّدت الدراسةبالمنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه الاستكشافي للكشف عن مستوى فاعلية الذات الإرشادية للطلبة، وكذلك تحديد طبيعة مركز الضبط لديهم، ثم اعتماد الأسلوب الارتباطي لقياس العلاقة بين المتغيرين، والتنبؤ بطبيعة مركز الضبط من خلال فاعلية الذات الإرشادية، كما تم اعتماد الأسلوب المقارن لإيجاد الفروق في طبيعة مركز الضبط تبعا للمستوى التعليمي. وقد اختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة من تخصّص الإرشاد والتوجيه بجامعة الوادي، واعتمدت أداتين في جمع البيانات هي: مقياسفاعلية الذات الإرشادية لـ(أرنوط والوليدي،2016)، ومقياس مركز الضبط لـ(أبو أسعد،2011). وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعيةSPSS,25))، تمّ التوصل للنتائج الآتية: - مستوى فاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه مرتفع. - مركز الضبط الداخلي هو ما يميّز طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين فاعلية الذات الإرشادية ومركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه. - يمكن التنبؤ بمركز الضبط من خلال فاعلية الذات الإرشادية لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه. - توجد فروق في مركز الضبط لدى طلبة الإرشاد والتوجيه باختلاف مستواهم الدراسي. وقد تمّ تفسير النتائج في ضوء نتائج بعض الدراسات السابقة، والتوجّه النظري للدراسة، وفي الأخير تمّ تقديم بعض المقترحات البحثية المستقبلية.

Abstract The present study aimed to explore the Relationship between counseling self-efficacy and locus of control among students of the Guidance and Counseling program at the University of El Oued. It addressed several key questions : the level of counseling self-efficacy among students, the nature of their locus of control, the existence of a correlation between the two variables, the possibility of predicting locus of control based on counseling self-efficacy, and whether differences in locus of control exist according to academic level. To answer these questions, the study formulated hypotheses assuming a significant correlation between counseling self-efficacy and locus of control, the possibility of predicting locus of control through counseling self-efficacy, and the presence of statistically significant differences in locus of control based on students’ academic standing. A descriptive–exploratory method was used to identify the level of counseling self-efficacy and the type of locus of control, while the correlational approach tested the relationship between the two variables, and the comparative method examined differences by academic level. The sample was selected randomly from students of the Guidance and Counseling program, and data were collected using the Counseling Self-Efficacy Scale (Arnout & Al-Walidi, 2016) and the Locus of Control Scale (Abu Asaad, 2011). Data analysis was carried out using SPSS (version 25). The findings indicated a high level of counseling self-efficacy among students and showed that an internal locus of control was predominant. Results also confirmed a significant correlation between counseling self-efficacy and locus of control, demonstrated the possibility of predicting locus of control through counseling self-efficacy, and revealed differences in locus of control depending on academic level. The results were discussed in relation to previous studies and the theoretical framework of the research, and several recommendations for future investigations were proposed.
