مقومات السياحة الساحلية والصحروية في الجزائر

Abstract

ـتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على مقومات السياحة الساحلية والصحراوية في الجزائر كونهما يمثلان أحد أهم الأنماط السياحية البيئية التي يمكن للجزائر الاستثمار فيها لتطوير قطاع السياحة، وكذا إبراز أهم المقاصد السياحية والموارد الطبيعية التي تميز الأقاليم الصحراوية عن الأقاليم الساحلية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تباين المقومات السياحية بين المنطقة الساحلية والمنطقة الصحراوية أفضى على السلطات الجزائرية ضرورة التفكير في ضرورة تبني فكرة الاتفاق السياحي التبادلي القائم على مبدأ التعاون السياحي بين البلديات والترويج والاشهار والدعاية للسياحة الداخلية، وذلك لما له من أهمية كبيرة في التنمية المحلية من خلال المداخيل التي تحققها البلديات من السواح القادمين إليها. This study aims at shedding light on the components of coastal and desert tourism in Algeria as they represent some of the most important types of environmental tourism that Algeria can invest in to develop the tourism sector. It also attempts to highlight the most important tourist destinations and natural resources that distinguish desert regions from coastal regions. This study concluded that the contrast in tourism components between the coastal region and the desert region led the Algerian authorities to seriously consider the necessity of adopting the idea of a reciprocal tourism agreement based on the principle of tourism cooperation between municipalities, in addition to the promotion, advertising and publicity for domestic tourism, due to its great importance in local development thanks to the revenues that municipalities get from tourists.
