تقدير دالة الإنتاج الزراعي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1991-2016

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديردالة الإنتاج الزراعيفي الجزائر خلال الفترة 1991–2016، وتم استخدام الطرق الإحصائية الحديثة في السلاسل الزمنية والمتمثلة في تقدير نموذج تصحيح الخطأ غير المقيد للانحدار الذاتي ذو الإبطاء الموزع(Autoregressive Distribution Lag Bounds Test (ARDL))، وتعتبر هذه التقنیةحدیثةفي تحلیل التكامل المشترك ونماذج تصحیح الخطأ تسمح بالحصول على نتائج أكثر دقة وكفاءة. وبالاستعانة ببرنامج التحليل الاقتصاد القياسي(EVIEWS-10).ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: - أشار اختبار الحدود للتكامل المشترك(Bound Test Approach) من خلال F-statistic، إلى وجود تكامل مشترك بين محددات دالة الإنتاج الزراعي، من خلال قيمة إحصاءة-F المحسوبة أكبر من القيمة الحرجة العليا عند مستوى معنوية2.5%و%5 و%10؛ - أشارتنتائجاختبار التكاملالمشترك وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات؛ - يوجد تأثير معنوي وايجابي لكل من العاملون في القطاع الزراعيوإجمالي تراكم رأس المال الثابت علىالقيمة المضافة في القطاع الزراعي؛ - يوجد تأثير معنوي وسلبي مساحةالأراضيالزراعية علىالقيمة المضافة في القطاع الزراعي Abstract : This study aims toestimate the function of agricultural production in Algeria during the period 1991-2016, we used the latest statistical methods have been modern in time series of estimation of the unrestricted regression error correction model (autoregressive Distribution lag (ARDL), this technique is new in analysis the co-integration and error correction models witch more accurate and efficient results , With the Using the statistical program (EVIEWS-10). The Most Important Findings of this study is: - The Bound Test Approach through F-statistic, that there is a co-integration between the determinants of the function of agricultural production, by the value of its calculated F-statistic, which is greater than the critical value at the significant level of 1%, 2.5% and 5% And 10%; - The results of the co-integration test indicate a long-term equilibrium relationship between these variables; -There is a significant and positive effect for both workers in the agricultural sector and the total accumulation of fixed capital on value added in the agricultural sector; -There is a significant and negative effect of agricultural land area on value added in the agricultural sector.
