التدابير المتبعة لتسوية البنايات غير المطابقة في إطار القانون 08/15

Abstract

بهدف وضع حد لظاهرة البنايات غير الشرعية والقضاء على المظاهر التي تشوه الطابع الجمالي للنسيج العمراني عبر كامل التراب الوطني، فقد عمد المشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون 08/15 المتعلق بقواعد مطابقة البنايات وإتمام انجازها إلى وضع عدة تدابير وإجراءات الواجب إتباعها من طرف المواطنين للحصول على سندات الملكية، عن طريق تحقيق مطابقة البنايات وإتمام إنجازها، وهو ما سنبحثه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية. In order to put an end to illegal construction and eliminate the manifestations that distort the aesthetic of the urban structure throughout the national territory. the Algerian legislator set several measures and procedures to be followed to obtain property deeds, Through the implementation conformity of buildings and their completion pursuant to Law 08/15, which we will discuss through this research paper
