أثر نجاح النوافذ الإسلامية في الجزائر حاليا المتطلبات و الفرص و التحديات

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر نجاح تجربة فتح النوافذ الإسلامية بالبنوك التقليدية الجزائرية حاليا في ظل التغيرات الإقتصادية المتسارعة نظرا لأهمية ، و فعالية ، و ديناميكية الإستراتيجيات الحديثة المعتمدة للولوج للصناعة المالية الإسلامية القائمة في معاملاتها على الأصول الملموسة ، و الخدمات الحقيقية المتوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية لتحقيق الرخاء الإقتصادي ، و بناء نظام مالي سليم ، كما حاولت هذه الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة من جميع النواحي . و نختتم هذه الدراسة بذكر أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: فالجزائر بالرغم من الإنعكاسات الإيجابية لتجربة تبني الصيرفة الإسلامية لتمويل قطاعها المصرفي التقليدي إلا أنها لازالت لم تحقق أهدافها التمويلية لإعتمادها مختلف الإصلاحات لدعم نشاطات فروعها الإسلامية في منظومتها المصرفية التقليدية . This study seets to elucidate the influence of the successfu implementation of Islamic windows within Alerian conventional banks, particularly in the contesct of the rapid economic changes , this analysis underscores the significance, efficacy and dynamism of contemporary strategies employed to penetrate the Islamic financial sector, with is predicated on transactions invalving tangible assets and real services aligned with the tdnets of Islamic law , the objective is to facilitate economic prosperity and establish a robust financial system , futhermore , this study endeavors to addresse the multifaceted problem presented. This study concludes by highlighting the key finding: Algeria, despite the favorable implication of adopting Islamic banking to enhance its traditional banking sector, has not yet fulfilled its financing objectives due to the impliementation of various reforms aimed at supporting the activities of its Islamic branches within the traditional banking system.
