Abstract

"تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مدى تطبيق المحاسبة الزراعية في القطاع الزراعي بالجزائر،من أجل الوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة ومن هذه الدراسة تناولنا في الجانب النظري على النشاط الزراعي والمحاسبة الزراعية وعرض المعيار المحاسبي الدولي41 وكذا الأصول البيولوجية وكيفية معالجتها المحاسبية، وكذا النظام المحاسبي المالي. أما الجانب التطبيقي فقمنا بإسقاط الجانب النظري على التطبيقي من خلال دراسة حالة مزرعة الواحة وتوصلنا إلى أن تطبيق المحاسبة الزراعية لا يزال محدودا، ويواجه عدة عراقيل منها نقص الكفاءات المحاسبية المتخصصة غياب نظام محاسبي زراعي موحد وضعف الرقمنة كما أوصت بضرورة تطوير إطار قانوني ومحاسبي خاص بالنشاط الزراعي، وتكثيف التكوين لفائدة المحاسبيين والفاعلين في هذا المجال. "This study aims to determine the extent of application of agricultural accounting in the agricultural sector in Algeria, in order to achieve the desired objectives. In this study, we dealt with the theoretical aspect of agricultural activity and agricultural accounting, and presented the International Accounting Standard 41, as well as biological assets and how to process them in accounting, as well as the financial accounting system. As for the practical aspect, we applied the theoretical aspect to the practical aspect through a case study of the Oasis Farm. We concluded that the application of agricultural accounting remains limited and faces several obstacles, including lack of specialized accounting competencies, the absence of a unified agricultural accounting system, and weak digitization. We also recommended the need to develop a legal and accounting framework specific to agricultural activity, and to intensify training for accountants and those involved in this field.
