Abstract

Our research paper aims to highlight a very sensitive and widespread topic in Algeria, which is ways to reduce scientific theft, as it is a prejudice to academic studies and research by attributing it to non-researchers, through our study we have clarified two basic points, the first of which is to determine the theoretical framework of scientific theft by addressing each of its forms and motives, and the second is to present the most important mechanisms and ways adopted to reduce it based on Ministerial Resolution 933 of July 28, 2016, which aims to prevent scientific theft and accompanies Scientific honesty violated due to theft
