Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم وأسس وعناصر إدارة التميز، كما حاولت هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على إدارة التميز كفلسفة وإبراز أهميتها كوسيلة تمكن المنظمات الإدارية من التعامل مع التحديات التي توجهها ، كما هدفت إلى تعرف على مدى توفر العناصر الأساسية لضمان نجاح عملية إدارة التميز في مؤسسات التعليم العالي. The objective of the study to identify the concept of the foundations of the elements of the management excellence, and tried to this study shed light on the management excellence philosophy on highlighting its importance as a means to administrative organizations to deal with the challenges posed by, and aimed to learn how to provide the basic elements to ensure the success of the process of the management excellence in institutions of higher education
