Abstract

The Algerian Foundation has seen a major trend towards electronic service across different ectors and structures. Our research is aimed at studying the effectiveness of electronic work nder information and communication technology (ICT), by addressing the payment and e-cloud activity of the Algerian Foundation (GIE Monétique). Our study concluded that there is considerable effectiveness and responsiveness in the electronic use of this institution, such as the Internet and many other means, which must be disseminated to other national institutions, with a view to strengthening Algeria's digital economy and improving performance and progress.
