Abstract : Woman is half of our society but it only a general speak because it not applied in many regrons .Nowadays ,woman is like goods or merchandise but without a price . In this days ,she demand her rights end her equality with man .Although the existence of her rights , she pretend or demand them .Since EL Islam give her all rights which the other religions and the other lows don’t have and talk about it .for instance , in ancient times , there are some bed traditions which spread and don’t talk about her rights. In our study , the study of Mohamed rachid ridha s book god bless him … ,which is about the woman is rights in our religion ( El Islam ) that he appeared many problems and phenomena and they have debates about woman like : divorce ,vellum ….etc . And he compared with the Arab life and woman life in ancient civilizations before the spread of Islam. We choose the book entitled " Nieda Lildjins El latif " and we focuss on the importance ideas which had studied by Mohamed Rachid Ridaha ( God bless him ) to ansmer all the hints about woman rights in our religion ( El Islam.
