Abstract

This study aims to know The reality of knowledge management in university research laboratories and its applications to the management of competencies in Algeria ,in order to realize that we designed a questionnaire and distributed to researcher and teachers of university research laboratories in Algeria , and to reach the results we used spss statistic program to treat data and to test the hypotheses
