الخطاب التنموي في الصحافة الإلكترونية

Abstract

الملخص: سعت هذه الدارسة إلى التعرف على الكيفية التي تعالج بها كل جريدتي من الخبر اون لاين والشروق وان لاين خطابها التنموي خلال الفترة المدروسة، من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيس التالي: - كيف تمت معالجة الخطاب التنموي في كل من صحيفتي الشروق أون لاين والخبر أون لاين خلال الفترة الممتدة من 01 جانفي 2024إلى 31 ديسمبر 2024؟ تندرج دراستنا ضمن الدراسات التحليلية للخطابات المرتبطة بالتنمية لجريدتي الشروق اون لاين والخبر اون لاين الإلكترونيتين، وعليه اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج المسحي التحليلي ، لتحليل وتفسير النتائج، إضافة الى المنهج المقارن من اجل مقارنة النتائج المتحصل عليها بين جريدتي الشروق اون لاين والخبر اون لاين الإلكترونيتين. حيث يتمثل مجتمع دراستنا في كل الأعداد المنشورة من طرف جريدتي الشروق وان لاين والخبر او لاين خلال الفترة الممتدة من 01 جانفي 2024 إلى غاية 31 ديسمبر 2024، ومع تطبيق العينة العشوائية المنتظمة تحصلنا على 12 عددا من كل جريدة، وكانت الحصيلة الإجمالية 24 مفردة، مع تطبيق أداة تحليل المحتوى و الحصول على النتائج ومقارنتها و كذا دراستها على ضوء كل من الدراسات السابقة والخلفية النظرية المعتمدة ، تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: ظهر من خلال النتائج وعلى ضوء نظرية الأطر أن كُل من الجريدتين ( الشروق اون لاين والخبر اون لاين) تدعمان مساعي الحكومة في القطاع التنموي، وهذا ما يظهر من خلال إطار الدعم الذي تُشيد به نظرية الأطر الإعلامية. إن الغاية من تأطير الخطاب الإعلامي بدرجة رئيسية هو إرساء وترسيخ وإضفاء عديد القيم التي يسعى إليها القائم بالاتصال، طبعا تبعا للخط الافتتاحي والسياسة التحريرية وكذا ما يسمح به القانون، الأمر الذي تشدد عليه الجريدتين من خلال معالجة قيم تكسب الخطاب الإعلامي معنى أكثر اقناعا. توصلت دراستنا الحالية إلى كون الصحافة الإلكترونية تولي اهتماما واسعا للعناصر التيبوغرافية كالصور بدرجة أولى في الاقناع والإخبار كأسلوب من أساليب الإقناع المعتمدة في الخطاب التنموي. توصلت دراستنا بعد عملية تحليل النتائج إلى أن كل من جريدتي الخبر اون لاين والشروق اون لاين تخصصان ركنا خاصا لقطاعات متعددة أهمها الاقتصاد، مما يؤكد اهتمامهما بهذا القطاع الذي يمثل ركيزة تنموية أساسية.

Résumé : This study sought to identify how Al-Khabar Online and Al-Shorouk Online addressed development discourse during the period under review, by answering the following key question: - How was development discourse addressed in both Al-Shorouk Online and Al-Khabar Online during the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024? Our study falls within the analysis of development-related discourse in the online newspapers Al-Shorouk Online and Al-Khabar Online. Accordingly, the researcher relied on an analytical survey methodology to analyze and interpret the results, in addition to a comparative methodology to compare the results obtained from the online newspapers Al-Shorouk Online and Al-Khabar Online.Our study population consists of all issues published by the newspapers Al-Shorouk Online and Al-Khabar Online during the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Using a systematic random sample, we obtained 12 issues of each newspaper, for a total of 24 articles. After applying the content analysis tool, obtaining the results, and comparing them, we arrived at the following conclusions: The results and the frame theory show that the two newspapers (Al-Shorouk Online and Al-Khabar Online) support the government's efforts in the development sector, as evidenced by the prevailing trend of coverage, which confirms the support framework praised by media frame theory. The main purpose of framing media discourse is to establish, consolidate, and impart the values sought by the communicator, in accordance with the editorial line and policy and within the limits of the law, which is emphasized by addressing values that give media discourse a more convincing meaning. Our current study found that electronic journalism pays close attention to typographical elements such as images as a primary means of persuasion and reporting as a persuasion technique used in development discourse. After analysing the results, our study concluded that both Al-Khabar Online and Al-Shorouk Online dedicate a special section to multiple sectors, most notably the economy, which confirms their interest in this sector, which represents a fundamental pillar of development.
