يهدف المقال الحالي إلى ابراز أهم التقنيات التي قدمتها أبحاث علم النفس التنظيم والعمل بخصوص التقنيات الواجب اعتمادها من طرف مدراء المؤسسات الصناعية للرفع من مستوى التوافق المهني لدي العاملين فيها This article aims to highlight the most important techniques presented by psychology research organization and work on the techniques to be adopted by the managers of industrial enterprises to raise the level of professional compatibility of its employees.
