التوجه نحو تطبيق الحوسبة السحابية في إدارة سلاسل الإمداد في الجزائر

Abstract

نهدف من خلال دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء حول موضوع الحوسبة السحابية والتعرف على انعكاساتها وعلاقتها بالنجاح الاقتصادي للمؤسسات والدول خاصة في ظل التحول الرقمي، أين يسعى الجميع إلى مواكبته، والجزائر أيضا تعمل على ذلك في إطار الإستراتيجية الوطنية للتحول الرقمي 2025-2030، بالرغم من كل التحديات والعراقيل التي تواجهها. وقد خلصت دراستنا إلى العديد من النتائج، أبرزها هو أن اعتماد الحوسبة السحابية ضمن سلاسل الإمداد ومختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية الأخرى أصبح أمرا حتميا لا اختياريا، لما يمكن تحقيقه من مزايا اقتصادية وبيئية واجتماعية مختلفة من جراء تطبيقه، خاصة في ظل ظروف المنافسة الشديدة في الأسواق المختلفة عالميا ومحليا، وتغير سلوكيات الأفراد والمؤسسات نحو التوجه المستدام واستخدام تقنيات الاتصال والتكنولوجيات الأكثر حداثة بما يحقق مستويات أعلى من الكفاءة في أداء سلاسل الامداد وتقديم المنتجات بأفضل القيم أو المزايا التنافسية. Through our study we aim to shed light on the topic of Cloud Computing and whose implications and relationship to the economic success of institutions and countries need to be understood, especially in light of digital transformation, where everyone is striving to keep up. Algeria is also working on this within the framework of the National Digital Transformation Strategy 2025-2030, despite all the challenges and obstacles it faces. Our study has concluded that the adoption of cloud computing within supply chains and various other economic activities has become imperative rather than optional, given the various economic, environmental, and social benefits that can be achieved through its implementation, especially in light of the fierce competition in global and local markets, and the changing behaviors of individuals and institutions towards sustainability and the use of the most modern communication and technologies to achieve higher levels of efficiency in the performance of supply chains and the delivery of products with the best competitive values or advantages.
