تقييم مساهمة المؤسسات الاقتصادية في خلق قيمة مشتركة لتعزيز التنمية المحلية المستدامة

Abstract

الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ممارسات المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية لمقاربة خلق القيمة المشتركة ودورها في تعزيز التنمية المحلية المستدامة، في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية والتنموية التي أعادت تعريف دور المؤسسة خارج منطق الربح التقليدي. وتنطلق الدراسة من فرضية مفادها أن تبنّي ممارسات خلق القيمة المشتركة يمكّن المؤسسات من المواءمة بين الأداء الاقتصادي والاحتياجات الاجتماعية والبيئية، بما يساهم في تحقيق أثر تنموي مستدام على المستوى المحلي. اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية مختلطة جمعت بين التحليل الكمي والنوعي؛ حيث تم توزيع استبيان على 240 مؤسسة اقتصادية جزائرية تنتمي إلى قطاعات مختلفة، وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامجي SPSS وSMART PLS، إلى جانب إجراء 9 مقابلات شبه مهيكلة مع مسؤولين وصناع قرار، تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج NVivo بهدف تفسير النتائج الإحصائية وفهم آليات تطبيق خلق القيمة المشتركة داخل المؤسسات. أظهرت النتائج أن خلق القيمة المشتركة يمثل مفهومًا مستقلًا عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية، يقوم على دمج القضايا الاجتماعية والبيئية ضمن نموذج الأعمال وتحويلها إلى مصدر للقيمة الاقتصادية والميزة التنافسية. كما بيّنت الدراسة وجود مستوى مرتفع من تبنّي ممارسات خلق القيمة المشتركة، مع تأثير إيجابي دال إحصائيًا على التنمية المحلية المستدامة، رغم تفاوت قوة التأثير بين الأبعاد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية. وكشفت النتائج أيضًا أن فعالية خلق القيمة المشتركة ترتبط بعوامل داخلية، أبرزها الحوكمة ونضج الاستراتيجيات وجودة الشراكات، إضافة إلى أهمية البيئة المحلية والبنية التحتية في تعزيز الأثر التنموي المستدام.

This study aims to analyze the practices of Algerian economic institutions regarding the Creating Shared Value (CSV) approach and their role in promoting sustainable local development, in light of the economic and developmental transformations that have redefined the role of businesses beyond the traditional profit-oriented logic. The study is based on the assumption that the implementation of Creating Shared Value practices enables institutions to align economic performance with social and environmental needs, thereby contributing to sustainable developmental impact at the local level. The study adopted a mixed-methods approach combining both quantitative and qualitative analysis. A questionnaire was administered to 240 Algerian economic institutions operating in different sectors, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS and SMART PLS software. In addition, nine semi-structured interviews were conducted with managers and decision-makers and analyzed using NVivo software in order to interpret the statistical findings and understand the mechanisms underlying the implementation of Creating Shared Value within institutions. The findings revealed that Creating Shared Value represents an independent concept distinct from Corporate Social Responsibility, based on integrating social and environmental issues into the core business model and transforming them into sources of economic value and competitive advantage. The study also demonstrated a high level of implementation of Creating Shared Value practices, with a statistically significant positive effect on sustainable local development, despite variations in the strength of influence across the economic, social, and environmental dimensions. Furthermore, the results indicated that the effectiveness of Creating Shared Value is associated with internal factors, particularly governance quality, strategic maturity, and the quality of partnerships, in addition to the importance of the local environment and infrastructure in strengthening sustainable developmental impact.
