حماية المستهلك الجزائري في ضل قانون ترشيد المستهلك 2018.

Abstract

تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية اهم ماجاء في قانون ترشيد الاستيراد 2018، و الاثار الاقتصادية التي مست السوق الجزائري جراء تطبيقه، و انتشار الممارسات غير المشروعة في الأسواق من مضاربة وارتفاع الأسعار، الاحتكار وآليات مكافحتها و حماية المستهلك منها، التي من شأنها اضعفت القدرة الشرائية للمستهلك، وخلق فوضى واختلال في الأسواق المحلية، مستعملين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي و التحليل، حيث هدفت الدراسة الى الوقوف على اهم النقاط التي جاء بها هذا القانون، و اثارها على السوق المحلي و حقوق المستهلك، مع تقديم الاليات و المبادرات التي قامت بها الدولة لحماية المستهلك و الحد من الظواهر غير الشرعية، كما خلصت الدراسة الى ان قانون ترشيد الاستيراد 2018 اعطى انطلاقة للإنتاج المحلي في عدة مجالات و ان الدولة مازالت تسعى جاهدة في مكافحة انتشار الظواهر غير المشروعة في الأسواق و حماية المستهلك. This research paper addresses the most important thing in the 2018 import rationalization law, the economic effects that touched the Algerian market as a result of its implementation, and the spread of illegal practices in the markets from speculation and high prices, Monopoly and the mechanisms of its control and the protection of the consumer from it, which would weaken the purchasing power of the consumer, and create chaos and imbalance in the local markets, based on the descriptive and the analytical approach, as the study aimed to stand on the most important points that this law brought, and its effects on the local market and consumer rights, while providing mechanisms and initiatives carried out by the state to protect the consumer and reduce illegal phenomena, and the study also concluded that the 2018 import rationalization law gave a launch of local production in several areas and that the state is still striving inFighting the spread of phenomena is not legislative in markets and consumer protection
