Abstract
This study aimed to find out what is the relationship between SMART marketing and achieving
the 3i model, in order to achieve the objectives of this study, we used analytical and descriptive
methodologies as required by the nature of the study, and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for
data collection through the distribution of 200 questionnaires directed to bank customers. Several
results have been reached that recommend moving towards SMART marketing in order to achieve the
3i model from the customers, as the results of this study confirmed that SMART marketing has a very
strong and positive relationship with the 3i model, it has a role in achieving positioning,
differentiation and brand, so the bank can be achieve the identity, integrity and the image of brand,
because it has an advanced nature, it achieves a creative side of the bank and helps it to interact and
respond immediately with customers that the bank is close to them, and thus the banking brand has
achieved its success in order to satisfy the needs of And the desires of customers.
