دور صناديق الدعم الفلاحي في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة –دراسة تحليلية لواقع التنمية الزراعية المستدامة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق للدعم الفلاحي وأهم الصناديق التي أسستها الدولة الجزائرية كجهاز يدعم توزيع وتخصيص الدعم ووصوله إلى الفئة المستهدفة ودوره في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية المستدامة، بالإضافة إلى تحليل واقع التنمية الزراعية المستدامة في ولاية سوق أهراس، وتم التوصل إلى أن الجزائر قامت بإنشاء العديد من الصناديق التي تدعم القطاع الفلاحي وعلى الرغم من وجودها في ولاية سوق أهراس ومساهمتها في تقديم مخصصات الدعم التي حققت بعض النتائج، إلا أنها لا ترقى لحجم الأهداف المرجوة نتيجة وجود بعض المعيقات التي تتطلب تكاثف الجهود لتجاوزها بغية تحقيق تنمية زراعية مستدامة This study aims to address agricultural support and the most important funds established by the Algerian state as a device that supports the distribution and allocating support and its access to the target group and its role in achieving sustainable agricultural development, in addition to analyzing the reality of sustainable agricultural development in the state of Souk ahras. It was concluded that Algeria has created many funds that support the agricultural sector and despite its presence in the state of Souk Ahras and its contribution to providing support allocations that have achieved some results, however it does not rise to the size of the desired goals as a result of the presence of some obstacles that require intensification of efforts to overcome them in order to achieve sustainable agricultural development.
