السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية في ظل دستور 1976: دراسة في المحددات، المبادئ، والتوجهات

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية، و تناقش معطياته من خلال اسقاط المبادئ والاهداف التي نص عليها الدستور الجزائري على واقع الممارسة التي شهدته السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية خلال عقود ما بعد الاستقلال. كما تركز هذه الدراسة على تناول مدى تأثر السياسة الخارجية بمحدداتها في الجزائر سواء كانت داخلية او تلك المتعلقة بالبيئة الدولية ، وتناقش الدراسة كذلك بعض توجهات ادوار السياسة الخارجية الجزائرية ومدى تواؤمها مع المبادئ والاهداف التي أقرها الدستور الجزائري منذ الاستقلال. الكلمات المفتاحية :السياسة الخارجية ، دستور الجزائر ، المحددات ، الاهداف ، التوجهات Summary This study deals with the subject of Algerian foreign policy, and discusses its implications by dropping the principles and objectives set out in the Algerian Constitution on the reality of the practice experienced by Algerian foreign policy during the decades after independence.This study also focuses on the extent to which foreign policy is influenced by its determinants in Algeria, whether internal or related to the international environment, and discusses some of the directions of the roles of Algerian foreign policy and its compatibility with the principles and objectives adopted by the Algerian Constitution since independence.
