Abstract

يعتبر موضوع الإدارة بالأهداف من المواضيع الهامة في حقل العلوم الإدارية، ذلك أن يعالج كيفية الرفع من الكفاءة في الأداء الإداري من جهة، وأهمية الرقابة الذاتية أو الضمير المهني في العمل الإداري من جهة ثانية، خاصة وأن الدول النامية هي في أمس الحاجة إلى الوعي بالخدمة وبالهدف حتى يهتم بها الموظفون والعاملون في مؤسساتهم. إن تطبيق نظام الإدارة بالأهداف كمنهج وأسلوب عملي جديد في تسيير وإدارة المؤسسات وتحقيقه لنتائج جد مهمة خاصة في الشركات الغربية التي طبقته، يدل على فاعليته وأهميته في المنظمات الإدارية والاقتصادية على حد سواء. The management with objectives is considered one of the important topics in the administrative sciences field, for that it deals with how to increase the efficiency in management performance on the one hand, and the self or professional conscience control on the other hand, especially the developing countries are in real need of importance of the service with objectives so that it will be the real concern of the staff and workers in their institutions. The implementation of the management with objectives as a way and a practical new means for the management and conducting institutions and achieving important results mostly in private Western companies that applied it. This implementation proved its efficiency in both the economic and administrative organizations alike
