التدخلات النفسية الإستعجالية عقب حوادث المرور

Abstract

يعبر المعاش الصدمي المرتبط بحوادث المرور عن رعب يخلف الإحساس بالعجز و الترك و خللا في التوجه الفضائي والزماني إذ تظهر نوبات من الهياج و الهلع تسبب حالة من الذعر وسط الأزمة .و أمام هذا يصبح التدخل النفسي الاستعجالي أمرا ملحا بهدف التحكم في الانفعالات المحررة و الوقاية من ازمانية الأعراض النفسية الصدمية The traumatic experiences associated to traffic accidents demonstrate a state of terror in the victim, and leave him with feelings of helplessness, dislocation, and disruption of both spatial and temporal orientations as episodes of agitation and panic appear to cause anxiety and nervousness in the midst of the crisis. In this case, urgent psychological interventions become crucial in order to manage the agitated emotions and prevent Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
