Abstract

درس هذا الموضوع "أحكام الإرث المتعلقة بالمفقود والغائب في الفقه الإسلامي"، ولقد قسمناه إلى جزأين أما الأول فقد كان متعلق بمفهوم الغائب والمفقود وحالات الحكم بموما، وخصص الثاني في بعض الأحكام المتعلقة بالغائب والمفقود. Abstract: This topic has studied "The provisions of inheritance relating to the absent and missing in Islamic jurisprudence", and we divided it into two parts: The first was related to the concept of the absent and missing and cases of governance by his death, and the second was devoted to some provisions relating to the absent and missing.
