التحول الرقمي في القطاع العمومي في الجزائر - الواقع والآفاق -

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة موضوع التحول الرقمي في القطاع العمومي، مع الوقوف على واقع التحول الرقمي في الجزائر والآفاق التي تصبو إلى تحقيقها، من خلال منهج وصفي تحليلي، وقد خلصت إلى أن مستوى التحول الرقمي في الجزائر قريب من المتوسط العالمي، رغم الجهود المبذولة لدعم أبعاد التحول الرقمي خاصة البنية التحتية ،إلا أنها تعاني من بعض التحديات لا سيما المتعلقة بضعف الخدمات الرقمية، وتملك الجزائر آفاقا واعدة بتنمية رقمية مستدامة سطرتها من خلال "استراتيجية التحول الرقمي 2030". This study aimed to address the issue of digital transformation in the public sector, it also seeks to examine the current landscape of digital transformation in Algeria and the future prospects to realize, adopting a descriptive- analytical methodology, the study found that Algeria’s level of digital transformation is roughly aligned with the global average in the world, although significant efforts have been undertaken to advance digital transformation – especially in strengthening infrastructure– Algeria continues to face challenges as limited scope of digital services , however the country has set ambitious prospects for achieving sustainable 'Digital Transformation Strategy 2030'.
