أساليب العلاقات العامة في إدارة أزمات السياحة العلاجية في الجزائر

Abstract

TheThis study aims to explore the public relations strategies for crisis management in the tourism sector, emphasizing their effectiveness, particularly in the context of medical tourism, which represents one of the emerging and prominent sectors. To examine the practical application of such strategies, afield study was conducted at Hammam Righa in Algeria. A questionnaire was employed as the primary tool for data collection, and the data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). he study revealed several findings, most notably the growing emphasis on training employees, particularly those working on the front lines. It also highlighted the efforts made by the staff at Hammam Righa to address customerfeedback and concerns, as well as their dedication to providing high-qualitytherapeutic services despite limited resources. Finally, based on the overall findings, a set of recommendations was formulated, focusing on addressing some of the shortcomings that still hinder the facility, despite its recent renovation. These include increasing the budget allocated for employee training.
