التفاعل بين الأساتذة والطلبة عبر الفايسبوك وأثره على التكيف الأكاديمي للطلبة الجامعيين دراسة مسحية على عينة من طلبة جامعة الوادي

Abstract

الملخص: يتناول موضوع بحثنا استخدامات الطلبة الجامعيين لموقع فيسبوك في التواصل وبناء علاقات مع الأساتذة وتأثير هذه العلاقات التفاعلية عبر الفضاء الافتراضي على التحصيل العلمي والأكاديمي لدى الطلبة وتكيفهم في الوسط الجامعي، نهدف من خلال هذا البحث التعرف على تأثير التواصل والتفاعل في الإطار الأكاديمي على اندماج وانسجام الطلبة على في البيئة الجامعية وعلى علاقاتهم الشخصية والاجتماعية وعلى مستوى تحصيلهم العلمي وأدائهم الأكاديمي. شملت هذه الدراسة عينة من طلبة وأساتذة جامعة الوادي ممن يعتمدون على موقع فيسبوك كأداة للتواصل والتفاعل فيما بينهم، اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج المسحي وباستخدام استبيان تم بناؤه خصيصا لقياس كثافة استخدام الطلبة لموقع فيسبوك في التواصل وبناء علاقات افتراضية مع الأساتذة من جهة، ولقياس مستوى التكيف لدى الطلبة الجامعيين من جهة أخرى، وذلك من أجل الوصول إلى تحديد دقيق لتأثير التفاعل الافتراضي بين الطلبة والأساتذة عبر فيسبوك على مستوى التكيف الأكاديمي لدى الطلبة، كما تم بناء استبيان مخصص للأساتذة كونهم أحد طرفي العلاقة التفاعلية من أجل قياس كثافة استخدامهم لموقع فيسبوك في التواصل وبناء علاقات افتراضية مع الطلبة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التفاعل الافتراضي بين الطلبة والأساتذة عبر موقع فيسبوك يؤثر بدرجة متوسطة على مستوى التكيف الأكاديمي لدى الطلبة، بحيث أثبتت أن التواصل والعلاقات الافتراضية القائمة بين الطلبة والأساتذة عبر الموقع لها تأثير متوسط على مستوى الأبعاد الأساسية للتكيف الأكاديمي، كما بينت الدراسة أن هناك دورا متزايدا لموقع فيسبوك كأداة داعمة للتواصل والتفاعل في الإطار الأكاديمي وعلى مستوى العلاقات بين الطلبة والأساتذة خارج الإطار التقليدي، وضرورة الاهتمام أطراف العلمية التعليمية بإيجاد خطط واستراتيجيات تدعم ضبط استخدام وتوظيف هذه التكنولوجيا الرقمية في التعليم والبحث العلمي. Résumé :انجليزية This study addresses a key aspect of social media usage, specifically examining how university students use Facebook to communicate and build relationships with their instructors, as well as the impact of these interactive virtual relationships on students’ academic achievement and their adaptation to the university environment. The study aims to identify the effect of communication and interaction within the academic context on students’ integration and adjustment within the university setting, as well as on their personal and social relationships, and their level of academic performance and achievement. The study sample consisted of students and faculty members from the University of El Oued who rely on Facebook as a tool for communication and interaction. The study adopted a survey research method, utilizing a questionnaire specifically designed to measure the intensity of students’ use of Facebook for communication and for building virtual relationships with instructors on the one hand, and to assess students’ level of academic adjustment on the other. This was intended to achieve a precise determination of the impact of virtual interaction between students and instructors via Facebook on students’ academic adjustment. Additionally, a separate questionnaire was developed for faculty members, as one of the two parties in the interactive relationship, to measure the extent of their use of Facebook for communication and for building virtual relationships with students. The study found that virtual interaction between students and instructors via Facebook has a moderate effect on students’ level of academic adjustment. It demonstrated that communication and virtual relationships established between students and instructors through the platform have a moderate impact on the key dimensions of academic adjustment. The findings also indicate a growing role of Facebook as a supportive tool for communication and interaction within the academic context, particularly in enhancing relationships between students and instructors beyond the traditional framework. The study highlights the need for educational stakeholders to develop plans and strategies to regulate and optimize the use of this digital technology in education and scientific research.
