Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على مفهوم الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك وتطورها في مصرف السلام في الجزائر، مع التركيز على كيفية تلبية هذه الصيغة للاحتياجات المتزايدة للعملاء الراغبين في تملك العقارات والأصول الثابتة وفقاً للأحكام الشرعية، ودراسة تطور هذه الآلية المالية وأثرها على تمويل الأفراد والشركات واستندت هذه الدراسة على جمع البيانات الإحصائية حول حجم المعاملات والإصدارات المتعلقة بالإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك في مصرف السلام، ولقد خلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج اهمها زيادة ملحوظة في الطلب على منتجات الإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك، مما يشير إلى ثقة المستهلكين في هذه الآلية، وتعزيز الوصول إلى تمويل الأفراد والشركات، مما أسهم في تنشيط الاقتصاد المحلي. This research paper aims to identify the concept of Ijara muntahia bittamleek and its development at Al Salam Bank in Algeria, focusing on how this formula meets the growing needs of customers wishing to own real estate and fixed assets in accordance with Sharia provisions. It also examines the development of this financial mechanism and its impact on individual and corporate financing. This study is based on collecting statistical data on the volume of transactions and issuances related to Ijara muntahia bittamleek at Al Salam Bank. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is a significant increase in demand for Ijara muntahia bittamleek products, indicating consumer confidence in this mechanism and enhancing access to financing for individuals and companies, which has contributed to stimulating the local economy.
