إستراتيجية الإستثمار في رأس المال البشري كآلية لتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الاستثمار برأس المال البشري في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الدولة الجزائرية والتطرق إلى خطوات سيرها نحور تحقيق هذا الهدف. وتوصلنا إلى أن اجتهادات الجزائر في سبيل الاستثمار برأس المال البشري لتحقيق البعد الاقتصادي قد ساهمت في تقديم اختراعات وأفكار ومؤسسات ناشئة للاقتصاد الوطني من جهة، وهذا في ظل اعتمادها على مجموعة من الأساليب لتحقيق البعد البيئي من جهة أخرى، علاوة على السعي نحو تحسين الظروف الاجتماعية لرأس المال البشري فإننا نستطيع القول أن استراتيجية الاستثمار برأس المال البشري في الجزائر يمكن أن تساهم في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة. This study aims to highlight the importance of investing in human capital in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development, by examining the Algerian state's efforts to achieve this goal.. We have concluded that Algeria's efforts to invest in human capital to achieve the economic dimension have contributed to the introduction of inventions, ideas, and emerging institutions to the national economy, on the one hand, and this is in light of its reliance on a set of methods to achieve the environmental dimension, on the other hand. In addition to the efforts to improve the social conditions of human capital, we can say that the strategy of investing in human capital in Algeria can contribute to achieving the dimensions of sustainable development.
