Abstract

Scientific plagiarism is considered among the pests that kill scientific research, whether at the national or international level, and due to its severe damage, international as well as national legislation intervened to define its meaning and ways to combat it, and the first decision defining the concept of scientific plagiarism in Algeria was Resolution No. A set of preventive and deterrent measures to confront the phenomenon of scientific theft, and this is the first decision to be issued regarding this phenomenon. However, this decision was canceled by Resolution No. 1082 of December 27, 2020, which defines the rules related to preventing and combating scientific theft, as this decision included a definition of the concept of scientific theft and stipulated a set of preventive and deterrent measures to combat this phenomenon
