آراء ابن خلدون في السنة وعلومها: جمعا ودراسة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على جانب من شخصية ابن خُلدون العلمية، وذلك فيما يتعلق بعلوم الحديث والسُّنة النبوية، وبيان ما إذا كانت له آراء في هذا الشأن؟، وما هي منزلة السنة وحجيتها لديه؟ ومدى معرفته بها دراسةً وتدريساً، وقد تتبع الباحث ما في مؤلفاته وجمع المادة العلمية التي تُبيِّن هذه الجوانب لدى هذا العَلَم المشهور، وأبرز آراءهَ في هذا الشأن، كرأيه المشهور في أحاديث الطبِّ النبويِّ، وأحاديث المهدي، كما أبرز جانبَ الفقه وشرحِ الحديث النبويِّ الشريف، وأبرز أيضاً منهج ابن خلدون في التعامل مع التاريخ والمؤرخين من حيث العرض والتوثيق والنقد والتمحيص، ومجموعُ هذه الجوانب يكشف عن شخصية ابن خلدون بشكلٍ عامٍ في علوم الحدThis research aims to shed light on one aspect of Ibn Khaldun's scholarly personality, specifically with regard to the sciences of hadith and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and to determine whether he had any opinions on this matter. What was his view of the Sunnah and its status? To what extent did he study and teach it? The researcher traces his writings and collects scientific materials that shed light on these aspects of the personality of this famous scholar, highlighting his views on this matter, such as his famous opinion on the hadiths of prophetic medicine and the hadiths of the Mahdi, as well as the most prominent aspects of jurisprudence and the interpretation of the noble hadiths of the Prophet. and Ibn Khaldun's approach to dealing with history and historians in terms of presentation, documentation, criticism, and scrutiny.
